Auditorium Rental

Our auditorium seats up to 300 people. We have both round and rectangular tables available. We also have a set-up for plugging in electrical appliances to keep heat food to be served buffet style. We do not have a kitchen available for cooking. It is up to the client to find and coordinate with a local food service provider. The auditorium rents for $55.00 per hour with a minimum rental of Two (2) hours. An Advance deposit of $55.00 is required to reserve the auditorium. Set up and cleanup are the client's responsibility. We have two 18 Cu Ft refrigerators available for storage of food stocks leading up to and during the event. There is a PA system available for use. The museum keeps on hand soda pop and water for $1.00 per bottle/can. Control of Alcoholic Beverage Serving is the clients' responsibility. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE NOT TO BE SERVED TO UNDERAGE PERSONS AND THE CLIENT ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INFRACTIONS.
